We do not offer refunds due to change of mind, but our 30 day warranty covers any products with obvious defects not due to normal wear and tear. If your product is faulty or not as described, please provide photographs of the damage or fault and send them to us via email at mark@themarkofnara.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase of a course or digital asset we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Again please send am email to mark@themarkofnara.com with your request. - Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the products you ordered. To serve our international customers some of our products are printed and processed by a third party Prind-on-demand Service. Order processing and delivery times vary from product to product in these cases. All other physical product orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via Australian Post. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply to international shipments, and you are responsible for any additional fees incurred. - Privacy
